IEEE Electron Devices Society
Three one-year fellowships of US $2,000 plus a plaque are awarded each year to support master's-level study and research in the electron devices field, with at least one per geographic region (Americas, Europe/Middle East/Africa, Asia & Pacific). Candidates must be IEEE EDS student members who are accepted into or in the first year of a full-time graduate program, nominated by an EDS member.
