Institute of Food Technologists Student Association
Teams of two to five IFT student members from the same institution develop a nutritious food or beverage for kids or teens that meets the USDA Smart Snacks in School guidelines. Prizes are $3,000, $1,500 and $500, and finalists receive up to $1,800 for travel and IFT FIRST registration.
