Stony Brook University
A highly selective summer program in which academically talented high school juniors conduct hands-on research in science, math, or engineering at Stony Brook University as Simons Fellows, working alongside faculty mentors and their research groups. Fellows receive a stipend and there is no tuition cost thanks to Simons Foundation support. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are high school juniors at the time of application; the deadline falls in early February.
