A Sarojini Damodaran Foundation programme supporting the college education of meritorious students from economically challenged families across India. Students are selected after Class 10 or SSLC through a written test and interview, and receive an initial two-year scholarship covering higher secondary study; those who continue to perform well are supported through a degree course of their choice, funded either directly by the Foundation or by external sponsors registered with it. The programme currently supports more than 14,000 students across states including Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Meghalaya and Rajasthan.
